Your Role
As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources function across multiple domains including employee relations, HRIS administration, talent development, and operational HR support for managers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the deployment and administration of our Workday HRIS, including data maintenance and reporting.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across various departments.
Assist in talent and performance management activities.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and participate in transversal HR projects.
Collaborate with payroll and legal teams to ensure compliance with French labor laws and internal policies.

Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.
Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Fluent in French and proficient in English.
