Your Role

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources function across multiple domains including employee relations, HRIS administration, talent development, and operational HR support for managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Support the deployment and administration of our Workday HRIS, including data maintenance and reporting.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across various departments.

  • Assist in talent and performance management activities.

  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and participate in transversal HR projects.

  • Collaborate with payroll and legal teams to ensure compliance with French labor laws and internal policies.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.

  • Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.

  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
